How long does an order take to process?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Orders placed after 5pm CST will be processed the following day. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible because we know you can't wait for your goodies to arrive! Please understand we are a small, family run business and we are working with human hands, and mom brains. We aren't perfect, but please know we are making every attempt to get your order to you as quickly as humanly possible!
What about shipping?
We currently ship domestically, but hope to expand internationally in the near future. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in Kansas City, you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii.

The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee 2-8 days for domestic shipping. Please be patient. Our mail carriers are working overtime to get our fun mail to us!
My package says delivered, but I didn't get it.
Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
