Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

We ship all packages via USPS First Class Mail and all in stock orders are sent within 2-3 business days (does not include Saturday or Sunday). Preorders will ship separately (don't worry, we'll cover any extra shipping!). 

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Due to the hygienic nature of earrings, all sales are final. However, should your earrings cause any irritation or reaction, please report within 30 days of your purchase to be eligible for a refund (minus any shipping charges). 

Damages & Missing Items

Please inspect your package and report any damages or missing items within 3 days of delivery. Items reported after that window will not be eligible for replacement.

Lost Packages

After items are scanned into the USPS facility, we have no control over lost or delayed packages. We offer shipping insurance at checkout to cover lost or stolen packages. If you did not purchase the shipping insurance, we cannot guarantee a replacement package.
