What are your earrings made of?
Our earring posts are made of 316 grade stainless steel, otherwise known as medical or surgical grade stainless steel. They are free from common irritants such as nickel and lead.
I have really sensitive ears. Will these cause irritation?
Sensitive ears are kind of our jam! We use high quality metals in our earrings to avoid unwanted reactions. However, should you happen to have any irritation, we do offer a 30-day money back guarantee minus any shipping fees.
How long are the posts?
8mm - Slightly shorter than your standard post
How thick are the posts?

Are the screw on backs hard to use?
They can be a little tricky to get the hang of at first, but once you try them, you'll never want to go back! If the backs are hard for you to twist, try holding the back still and twisting the front of the earring instead. If you keep your earrings in full time, we suggest giving them a twist each morning to ensure they stay put!
Can I use a different back with them?
Sure! You can use the silicon backs that come on your earring card. We just suggest leaving a little space between the silicon back and your ear lobe to avoid irritation and trapping bacteria between the two.
I'm having trouble getting my earrings in.
If you are having trouble getting the screw back posts in, we suggest using a small amount of Neosporin or similar lubricant on the post of your earring to help it glide in. Twisting the post can also help.
Are these just for kids?

SHIPPING
We ship all packages via USPS First Class Mail and all in stock orders are sent within 2-3 business days (does not include Saturday or Sunday). Preorders will ship separately (don't worry, we'll cover any extra shipping!).
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Due to the hygienic nature of earrings, all sales are final. However, should your earrings cause any irritation or reaction, please report within 30 days of your purchase to be eligible for a refund (minus any shipping charges).
Damages & Missing Items
Please inspect your package and report any damages or missing items within 3 days of delivery. Items reported after that window will not be eligible for replacement.
Lost Packages
After items are scanned into the USPS facility, we have no control over lost or delayed packages. We offer shipping insurance at checkout to cover lost or stolen packages. If you did not purchase the shipping insurance, we cannot guarantee a replacement package.
